Programs
“We see you. We hear you. We believe in you—and we’re building a future together.”
At PDX CityWide, we support youth with a coordinated set of programs that work together rather than overlap. Our culturally aligned barbershop mentorship creates trusted spaces where young people can talk openly, build confidence, and connect with role models who understand their lived experience.

Barber
Barbershop Mentorship
We train and place culturally competent barbers in trusted shops where youth receive wraparound coaching that includes practical skill-building, peer support circles, and personalized feedback—so participants leave with real competencies, a support system, and a concrete plan for what comes next.

Wellness
Mental, Behavioral & Emotional Wellness
Strong minds build strong futures. CityWide’s wellness programs give youth the tools to understand and manage their emotions, develop resilience, and find balance amid life’s challenges. Our approach centers cultural awareness and belonging — ensuring every young person feels heard, valued, and supported as they grow.

Training
Career & Leadership Training
CityWide’s Career and Leadership Training gives youth hands-on experience in job readiness, entrepreneurship, and personal growth. From crafting resumes and running mock interviews to leading team projects and pitching business ideas, participants learn how to turn their goals into real opportunities
Every program we offer is rooted in purpose, built from experience, and powered by community. Whether it’s mentorship, job training, or wellness support—we’re here to walk beside you. Together, we’re not just creating services—we’re creating change.
