Meet Our Team

We see you. We hear you. We believe in you. And we're building with you—side by side, for a future rooted in hope, strength, and community.

Growing up in Northeast Portland, I was shaped by the community programs that gave me hope when I needed it most—Gents taught me unity, PSU book clubs sparked my curiosity, chess club gave me strategy, and YEI showed me the power of hard work. These experiences weren’t just activities—they were lifelines during times when my sister and I went to bed hungry or cold in a single-parent home.

Citywide was born from a promise: “If I could just reach that kid who was hiding... I would.”

My vision was simple—meet the needs I once had. Citywide is about showing youth that there is another way, that they are not alone, and that they are never stuck in despair. We're here to offer not just temporary relief, but lasting transformation through mentorship, education, and real opportunity.

As Co-Founder and President of Citywide, I’m deeply committed to empowering communities, advancing equity, and creating opportunities for those who need it most. With over 17 years of experience in property management, development, and affordable housing, I’ve dedicated my career to building sustainable solutions that serve and uplift.

I’m honored to have received the 2023 Asset Management Star Player Award from Oregon Housing and the 2024 Black History Leadership of Accomplishment to Inspire Award. I also hold multiple certifications in HUD, RD, LIHTC, WA MULTE, and CHAM, along with an associate degree in Computer Forensics and a bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration.

At Citywide, I lead efforts to support BIPOC youth, houseless families, and underserved communities—offering safe spaces, education, and real pathways forward. My mission is simple: to make sure every voice is heard, every life is valued, and every young person knows they belong.

Co-Founder & President

At Citywide, I lead our therapeutic and support services with a strength-based approach—focusing on the existing resilience and potential within individuals, families, and communities. My goal is to shift the focus from crisis to prevention, promoting health, independence, and long-term well-being.

Through case management, care coordination, skill-building, job training, and short-term therapy, I support clients in building the tools they need to thrive. I also facilitate peer support groups and guide clients through a Multi-Tiered System of Support to ensure they receive care that fits their needs.

Our outreach prioritizes homeless individuals, low-income families, men of color, and at-risk youth. I believe that when people feel seen, supported, and strong, they’re more empowered to make healthy decisions and lead purposeful lives.
